The hours for product receiving activity are 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We are closed 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM for lunch.

Our 150,000 square foot warehouse, at 1310 Hamilton Parkway in Itasca, Illinois, is located for fast, convenient access to major roadways in Chicago’s western suburbs which, in turn, make it easy for our drivers and project managers to reach job sites throughout Chicagoland.

It’s a modern, clean, well-organized facility with 6 interior docks and 11 exterior docks, ample open-floor and three-tier racked space, and separate areas for receiving, staging and managed long-term storage.

The warehouse is equipped with fire and smoke detection and fire suppression systems. High-efficiency overhead lighting controlled by motion detectors provides operational, environmental and cost benefits.

Staffed by Furniture Professionals

The members of our warehouse team are expert in the identification, handling and care of the full range of contract furniture and other types of products used in outfitting commercial interiors. The team is responsible for our receiving, storage, pre-installation staging and delivery operations.

Priding themselves on fast, efficient turnaround during product receiving, the warehouse team is committed to getting drivers on their way as quickly as possible while ensuring accuracy and attentiveness to product condition on behalf of our clients and their customers.

Online Convenience for Scheduling Product Deliveries

Project, transportation and logistics managers, dispatchers and drivers who need to schedule product deliveries to our warehouse have 24/7 access to a self-service appointment application. The system is simple and easy to use. Within minutes of an appointment being made, our system sends a confirmation email to the contact address(es) provided. Reminder emails are later sent as the appointment date approaches. We also provide an online quick guide for system users.
